This equipment is new model developping base on integrated domestic and foreign vanguard technology. It is high technology product incorporates pneumatic-photo-electro-mechanic which improve by a large on performance of equipment and working efficiency, realize encasing fast, keep running steady and reliable when fast running.
This machine is suitable for blister package product, adjust automatic feeding structure conveniently, setup quantity of blisters on touch screen randomly. On line product feeding and detecting, leaflet fold(1-4folds) and feeding, leaflet detecting, Canton opening and forming, products and leaflet pushing into carton, printing batch number, sealing carton with tuck-in or hot melt glue device. Automatically reject lacking of leaflet or prodcut and finished product out.
Features:
1. Without products, we will not provide instruction, without instruction, we will not provide box.
2. The machine will be idling without products or the products are in short supply; When the products recovery supply that the equipment automatic will be operating, if the products into the box are not in right place that the equipment automatic will stop;
3. When box of warehouse material place is in short supply or instruction of warehouse material place is in short place that the program will alarm prompt and the automatic will stop;
4. Easily adjustment and changing some parts can realize the variety products.
5. Main transmission has overload protection function;
6. Showing boxes speed and statistical boxes total output by itself.
