Product Description
Ristar fused silica sand is high purity amorphous silica which is manufactured from fused silica lump by the dry and no-iron rubbing method. For its many characteristics such as lowest coefficient of thermal expansion, high resistance to thermal shock, low thermal conductivity, excellent electrical insulation and lower radiation, it is mainly used as material for epoxy molding compound of large circuit integration and super large circuit integration, epoxy potting compound, electrical insulation, refractory, ceramic, artificial marble, silicon rubber and other chemical industries.
