Product Description

Characteristic:
Appearance: Colorless thick liquid.
Ionic: Cationic
Solubility: Easily soluble in water
Solid content: 60%

Performance:
1. SG-50A can protect the day light fastness to be decrease.
2. SG-50A has excellent alkali tolerance.

Application:
SG-50A is a fixing agent mainly for fixing the dyed fabrics which are dyed with reactive, direct, acid dyes, especially superior in dyed fabrics fixing technology of scarlet, turquoise blue and so on.

Dilution:
Dissolved into solution with tap water as requirement.
Reference craft after dilution:
Dipping:
Reference ratio amount as blow:
Light color: 1% (o. W. F) medium: 2% (o. W. F) deep color: 3% (o. W. F)
Prepare the suitable amount that we need, fix in the dye bath. And then put the dyed goods. Treat at 50 centigrade degree for 20-30 min. The bath Ratio should be controlled at 1: 10-20.

Padding:
Same as dipping process, and take 4-6 routine.
Points of attention:
Don't mix with anionic ion products, don't pack with metal containers.

Packing and storage:
125kg/drum, seal airtight.
