Product Description
We have Dunnage bags, Paper Angle, Flat Board, Slip Sheet, paper Pallet, regarding the dunnage bags we have two kinds of raw materials to do it (krafter paper & PP fabric complex and 100% PP Fabric).
Features:
1. Dunnage bags are constructed with
1) PP Weave 2) PP weave and Kraft paper complex
2) Inner with an inflatable internal polyethylene bladder (PE Film)
3) Outer Fabric Weight 120g, 150g, 190g, 200g etc.
4) Pressure Test 0.2 Bar, 0.276 Bar, 0414 Bar, 0.551 Bar, 0.689 Bar
Working principle:
Dunnage bag applies pneumatic expansion principle to shape up buffer layer between shipments and stacking, avoid shipment damage due to friction, collision and extrusion of shipment during the transportation, and avoid unnecessary loss.
Effect:
1. Buffer between shipment and stacking
2. Prevent from inclination of shipment and stacking
3. Location of special shipment in the container
