Direct Roving
Direct roving is made in one manufacturing step with a special reinforcement sizing 2000 strands or 4000 strands of filaments are bonded efficiently into a single strand. The tension of each glass fiber in the strand is uniform.
Application:
Direct roving is primarily used in filament winding. Pultrusion (such as pultruded rod, pipe, tanks, etc)and other fiberglass products(such as woven roving, chemical resistant grating, etc).
Type: 300tex, 400tex, 600tex, 900tex, 1200tex, 2400tex, 4800tex, 9600tex
SMC Roving
SMC rovings are especially designed as reinforcements for thermoset resins used in sheet molding compounds. It is varied for Class A, structure and boiling resistance type. It's one of quick wet out and Wet through, compatible with unsaturated polyester(UP), vinlyester(VE).
Application:
They are widely utilized in manufacturing spare parts and body of automobile, electronics, shell of instruments, wall panel of construction, profile and water tank panel.

Roving for Gypsum
This roving is especially used in fiberglass reinforced gypsum products, such as plate, decorative material, sculpture, etc. These reinforced products have many advanced properties: Higher strength, fire resistance, sound insulation and lighter in weight.
Application:
It is widely used in building construction and decoration areas.

Spray Up Roving
The Spray up rovings, treated with silance-based size, are made to achieve good compatibility with various resins.
Application:
Spray up rovings are especially designed to achieve excellent performance for spray up molding of fiber glass reinforced thermoset plastic products such as boats, tub-shower units, storage tanks and cooling towers, etc.
