In heat exchanger design, the company has international advanced software to calculate heat exchanger, a computing software HTFS - MUSE plate-fin heat exchanger, tube and shell heat exchanger calculation software HTFS - TASC, and xi ′an jiaotong university jointly developed software to calculate round tube heat exchanger, and independently developed the software to calculate inner fin tube heat exchanger, air compressor after big chip cooler calculation software, new high efficiency steam heater calculation software, the carburetor air temperature and water bath carburetor calculation software, and necessary secondary development of the software. These design software has been widely used in air separation, petrochemical and coal chemical industry such as various types of heat exchanger design calculation, the calculation accuracy has reached the international level. And the company has two patents of round tube heat exchanger, and a high efficiency steam heater patent.
