Pig Casting machine(PCM) consists of three parts, I. E. Machine head device, chain belt assembly, and back wheel guiding device (the bracket and technological facilities will be independently provided according to the requirements of client or manufactured by the entrusted manufacturer according to relevant requirements).

18m and 23m casting machinery are single chain belt contact roller movable type, using one speed reducer and one pair of open type gears to reduce the speed. 38m and 43m casting machinery are double chain belt contact roller movable type, using two speed reducers through cascade connection to reduce the speed.
35m, 45m and 61m casting machinery are double chain belt contact roller fixed type, using two speed reducers to reduce the speed through cascade connection. (61m speed reducer uses one reducer to reduce the speed).
