Ion exchangers are extensively used in the field of water treatment. Sodium ion exchangers for water softening are mainly used in the treatment of middle or low pressure boiler water. Ion exchange and desalinization devices are mainly used for producing purified water and highly purified water. When comparing with other reverse osmosis devices imported in recent years, they have advantages that ion impurities can be thoroughly removed, the requirement for pretreatment is low, the device materials are antiseptic carbon steel, stainless steel, and glass steel, etc., and the fabrication cost is low. Unitized ion exchange system is directly used to realize that the conductivity of the output water is 0.2~1.0μs/cm when the total salinity of feed water is 400mg/L below. An electrodialyser can be added for desalinization to improve the water quality if the total salinity of feed water is 500mg/L above. Such ion exchangers are applicable in many industrial departments such as pharmacy, electric power, chemicals, electronics, paintings, beverage, and high-pressure boiler water supply, etc. Our corporation manufactures and supplies various large-size, middle-size and small-size ion exchangers, and can specially supply individualized engineering design, auxiliary equipment, device installation, and debugging according to different qualities of feed water and requirements for output water, and can also prepare regulation of operation and train operators for the client.
