Product Description

Ultrafilter membrane, intervened between microfilter membrane and nanofilter membrane, is applicable for substance separation, concentration and purification. Generally, molecular cut-off is used to represent the filter precision in practical application. It is mainly used to separate the large molecules, colloids and microparticles in the solution away from small molecules of solvent, etc to make the large molecules, colloids and microparticles cut off by the ultrafilter membrane; The concentrated solution is brought away by the flow of substance cycle to realize substance separation, concentration and purification. Ultrafilter is mainly used in food production, beverage production, biological pharmacy, refined chemical industry, industrial wastewater treatment and reutilization, etc.

Applicability:
- Clarification and concentration of dairy and fruit juice, etc.
- Extraction of effective constituent from animals and plants (aloe, tea);
- Purification and separation of effective constituent for injection from Chinese traditional medicines (Chinese thorowax, root of red-rooted salvia, root of baikal skullcap);
- Ultra-purified water for semi-conductor industry, purge water for integrated circuit;
- Industrial wastewater treatment, city wastewater treatment and reutilization.
