Product Description

Nanofilter membrane is a kind of ultra low pressure composite made of composite material, the pore size of the membrane is intervened between those of reverse osmosis membrane and ultrafilter membrane. The impurities in water is separated away by pressurize the untreated water to overcome the permeability of the solution.

Characteristics:
- Selective permeability allows only one or several substances in the water to permeate and makes other substances leave;
- Electric charge excludes the non permeated substances.
- As the membrane pore size is only several nanometers, more than 90% of the organics that the molecular weight is 200 above can be removed as well as some bivalent and multivalent ions.

In the production by nanofilter, the raw water is from tap water or ground water which is complying with the drinking water standard. It applies multi-pretreatment techniques to make the water quality satisfy the required index of water quality. After such water is brought through the nanofilter membrane by lower pressure (20% ~ 25% of the energy can be saved when comparing with pressurized reverse osmosis), advanced sterilizing techniques are used at a maximum efficiency to remove organics, heavy metals, cancerogenous substances and other harmful substance in the natural water while the microelements and mineral substances that are required for human health are retained in the treated water finally.

- Water softening, sea water desalination;
- Concentration and purification in bio- technology, pharmacy, and for coloring matters or dyes;
- Treatment and reutilization of waste water or intermediate water.
