Product Description
Electrodialyser core is a positive & negative ion exchange membrane with selective permeability and favorable electrical conductivity. Under the action of an additional electric field when the water for treatment passes through the ion exchange membrane, positive and negative ions (including all charged small molecular organics) will move, and separately enter into the concentrated water chamber through the positive & negative ion exchange membranes and then be brought away. Finally the water discharged out from the fresh water chamber is the desalinated and purified water.
- When comparing with reverse osmosis, electrodialysis has a low cost but poor ratio of desalinization;
- Stable operation, automatic frequency control electrodialysis reversal (EDR), and convenient operation management;
- The utilization ratio of raw water can reach 80%;
- The desalinization ratio is 45 ~ 90%.
Applicability:
- It is widely used in the desalination of sea water and bitter water;
- Preliminary desalination in the production of purified water, and the desalination of feed water for power equipment, etc.
- Physical and chemical processes for material concentration, purification and separation, etc.
