Products Performance:
Chlorinated polyethylene is kind of white and slightly yellow powder, non-toxic and tasteless, it has excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance, chemical and anti-aging properties, at the same tome it also have a good oil resistance, flame resistance, and color performance, with a very good toughness too. (at -30oC still have flexibility, embrittlement temperature is below -70oC), it has a good compatibility to various polymer materials.

Both plastic and rubber double features, not only contains a very low temperature but also has a more a high decomposition temperature (at 170 and above decomposition, release of HCl gas).

Uses
Chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) species divided into two series, the first is thermoplastic resin and second is elastomer rubber. In addition to thermoplastic resins can be used alone, it also can be used with the PVC, polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, ABS resin, etc. And even be use as polyurethane blends. Not only have the rubber elastomer and elasticity, but also has plastic oil, anti-chemicals, heat, cold and flame-retardant and so on. In the rubber industry,

CPE as a high-performance, high-quality special rubber, can be used alone, but also be used with ethylene-propylene rubber, butyl rubber, butyl ester rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene, and other rubber blending together.
