Product Description
It can produce large forging parts with the weight of 200 ton/PC. The large forging parts are mainly used in large power water plant, thermal power station, locomotive, marine crank, Large cylinder press, Column, Plunger, Oilfield blowout preventer valve, Single-and double-hook, large-scale module, thick-walled large-diameter high-pressure boiler tubes, roller bearing, Roll with rolling mill.
The large forging parts are divided into the following categories according to the geometry:
Shaft forgings: The largest diameter Φ 1500mm, the maximum length 14000mm, the maximum weight of 30t
Pancake forging: The largest diameter Φ 2700mm, the maximum weight of 28t
Cirque forging: The largest diameter Φ 3500mm, the largest height of 1800mm, the maximum weight of 27t
Cylinder forging: The largest outside diameter Φ 1600mm, the largest inside diameter Φ 300mm ~ 800mm, maximum length of 7000mm, the maximum weight of 22t
Sheet metal forgings: Maximum width 2100mm, the minimum thickness of 170mm
