Covering an area of 42, 800 square meters, Himin vacuum tube factory, as one of the main production factories in Himin, is the world largest manufacture base of vacuum tubes with and total design output of 30 million pieces per year.

Three-high vacuum tubes_patent tubes pioneers a new era of solar-thermal utilization.

All glass vacuum tubes are the key components of solar collectors and solar water heaters. The outer surface of the inner tube is coated with a spattered selective surface. The vacuum layer between the outer tube and inner tube is evacuated to virtually eliminate heat loss by conduction and convection. Himin vacuum tubes are produced according to the patent technology from Sydney University exclusively licensed to our company.

Four-high vacuum tubes_it features of self-cleaning and high transparency except those of the three-high tubes.

UTLE technology_it is an important breakthrough of world solar thermal technology.
UTLE: Super-low reflective or emissive technology (UTLE is the English abbreviation of ultra-low emission).
Absorption rate: 92%, emission rate: 4%.
With test of destructively cold environment in South Pole, UTLE enables users to believe in the products with sufficient evidence.

Vacuum tubes are produced with lengths (m) of 1.50, 1.60, 1.80, 1.92, 2.10, with diameters (mm) of 47, 58, 70.
