Product Description
The final stage of PCB production, either single side board or multi layers board, circuit should best be protected with our protective lacquer since copper pads start oxidation within 5 min. And is adversely affecting the wetting process when the PCB had been deliveried to the assembling factories.
Since the copper pads in the circuit begins oxididation within 5 minutes, the deeper the oxidation the harder the soldering wetting take place.
The assembling factory should have taken serious measure for eliminating the re work or touchup which will slow down the production that is not economic for money making.
Our protective lacquer can well protect the PCB circuit for about one year under normal condition of packing.
It also can replace the expensive OSP. No rinsing is required and is ready for perfect soldering.
No residue can be seen by eyes survaillance after dry.
