This line consists of washing (rinsing), filling, and capping, all in line, and can be individually controlled. The line was specifically designed for PET bottles but is suitable for all types of bottles.

Vacuum filling is suitable for accurate filling of light viscosity liquids, like water, tea, drinks, wine, and e. T. C. All parts are stainless steel, and filling is extremely accurate and trouble free. The line needs minimum maintenance, and filling speed can be adjusted. Production capacity for the 12 needs filler, and single head capper for (500ml bottles) is 3000bottle/hour. For 18 head filler is 4000bottle/hour. For 24head filler is 6000bottle/hour.
