RDB 250 Hared Bearing Balancing Machine for Cardan Shaft

Product Description

RDB series propeller shaft balancing machinery are kind of specific machinery for the collection of propeller shaft 's unbalance. They are advanced, effective, easy operation, direct read-out, fast test and stable. This series are divided into A and B type. A type has three pedestals, is available to test three planes propeller shaft. It can also be used to test two planes propeller shaft if the mid-pedestal is removed. In the mid and right pedestals, there are pneumatic-driving lock systems to lock or release the safe guard.

Before starting the machine, by making adjustment on two planes of the propeller shaft, so the unbalance and its phase can be found. Measuring unit is digital, adopting 570, 642 or 690 measuring unit, multiple functions, man-machine dialogue operation.

This series machine can be fixed with welding machine, suitable for the welding operation, easy operating and high efficiency, Balancing machine and welding machine are concatenate protected. Welding machine is controlled by PC with high precision stability and also poses function of compensating electricity net.
