HY5/50U-hard-bearing balancing machine is one of the advanced universal horizontal balancing machinery, a compact product of precision mechanism and electric technology with independent knowledge equity. Its features such as easy operation, stabile performance and high test precision are suitable for fields of motor, blower, water pump, printing machine, paper machine, textile machine, diesel engine, electronic component, tooling machine, aero plane and etc...
This machine is especially suitable to balance the rotors in medium- motor, -air blower, centrifuge, water pump and roller in medium paper machine as well as spindle in medium- tooling machine. The combination of variable-speed gearbox and the DC motor, driving the rotor with a universal joint shaft, features high precision, high efficiency, simple operation, legible indication and powerful man-to-machine dialogue. When the machine is started, an adjustment can be done only according to distance between two correction planes and bearing supports, as well as radius of correction planes of rotors, unbalance and its phase angle or rotors will be correctly displayed after a single running. It is suitable to the special rotors such as overhung rotor with outboard or medial gravity center. Many kinds of universal joint shaft are optional.
The advanced precise electric measuring system ST590 and ST690 are designed specially to meet the internal and external users' demand and the balancing technology situation, with independent knowledge equity. Comparing to the original CAB590 and CAB690, their objective measuring ability and complete man-to-machine dialogue function are satisfied to the users.
