Micro Mesh Basket are designed to hold large and small items that are difficult to keep track of and protect during storage, transportation and sterilization. Micro mesh basket allows you to keep larger items that have small loose parts together. Perfect for unwrapped flash cycles, Micro Mesh Trays and baskets alleviate concerns of failed sterilant penetration, caused by wrap, possibly leading to failed sterilization cycles

Laboratory & Medical Wire Baskets used in the medical field, hospitals and laboratories are burr free to eliminate the possibility of lacerations from handling and all wire ends are melted to a spherical shape. Finished mesh trays wire baskets are electro polished, powder epoxy, polyester coating, vinyl coating, or Teflon coated as required.

Steellong offers 2 qualities of galvanising as well as powder coating in your choice of colour and PVC.

If a longer lasting mesh is required then we galvanise after manufacture to BS 443.

Some specifications are also available in stainless steel types 304 and 316 which give much better corrosion resistance.

Galvanised Sheet which has been galvanised after the manufacturing process giving a strong, high corrosion resistant product

Galvanized welded mesh panels are made of superior quality welded mesh, with flat even surface, firm structure, be used extensively in building, food, agriculture and so on.
