Product Description

This machine is applicable to weld colourful profile(including film, double color co-extruding, and spraying profile)with the welding range from 30 to 120 degree, which can control the size of welding line. Therefore the machine can ensure beautiful and smooth welding surface. The welding hardness is much better than normal welding machine due to the contact area of welding is increased by ten to twenty percent.

This Seamless Welding Machine features programming control and pneumatic driving. The software processing during the melting and welding process ensures the optimal welding hardness even in different working environment. It has the function of safty protection such as low pressure clamping, high pressure feeding, etc.
