Product Description
Mobile yard ramp is suitable for the place where the dockleveler couldn't be installed or the occasion where the loading position is not fixed. Forkman and other handling equipment can enter into van, container and carriage to loading and unloading goods through mobile yard ramp which enhance working efficiency evidently. It adopts manual hydraulic operation which can be used in varoius situation.
Components and construction
Durable mobile tyre
Mobile tyre employs solid tyre that is inflation-free, solid and durable. It is used with brake cushion, which assures the operation safe
Adjustable support leg
It prevents the vehicle capsizing when the forklift goes into the vehicle so as to assure the operation safe. The height could be adjustable according to the various height of vehicles
Manually hydraulic lifting system
With manually hydraulic force, the yard ramp could adjust the height without externally connected power supply
Transition panel
The rear transition panel and hook make the mobile yard ramp move easily.
Hinge
Adjustable chain is used for hooking the vehicles, and keeps the close attaching even when displacement happens.
Structure
The framework is made of welded high tensile Mn steel, and has the characteristic of high tensity and large capacity
Lip
Opening lip structure increases the force and is easier for maintenance.
Slipping-proof steel net
The surface is laid with slipping-proof steel plate net, which not only increases the working reliability, but also prevents the accumulation of grease, dirt, ice and snow
Crack-prevention valve
Besides safety valve, the hydraulic system is equipped with crack prevention valve that prevents the cracking of hose and accidents. It will lock up the oil circuit automatically when hose breaks.
