2. The features and technique of Three- Layer PVC Coating Machine
(1) Frequency conversion motor is adopted to run the main segment of this machine, making more stable operation.
(2) Two means of glue supply, with drawknife and reticulated roller, guarantee well-proportioned supply and coating quality.
(3) Automatic controlling system of pre-heating device maintains constant situation before coating.
(4) Pneumatic tension control system can make the sheet and film stretch out without any crimples.
(5) With a photoelectric position sensing mechanism installed in the structure of firstly unreeling, automatic system of rectifying a deviation can keep the machine on coating correctly.
(6) Reeling and unreeling by dual-station tumbling mechanism, realizing auto-change of material without machine halt.
(7) Oil warming system in composite reels, constant temperature control.
(8) All guide rollers are plated with chrome or zinc, and tested through dynamic-balancing.
