Wireless Voting System

The system is the wireless digital conference voting system, It is simple to arrange wire, easy connection and convenient to use. The system adopt window operation system, has the function of man-machine interaction. Test the wireless signal of conference room before the meeting, choose non-interfering channel to communication, make sure the system operate steadily.


1. System Function
1) The voting system is designed for various conference, has the function of vote, election, discuss, score and supplement sign in. 
2) The meeting software adopt WINDOWS operation system, its interface is simple, professional and friendly, use for official and serious voting occasion
3) Software adopts TCP/IP networking protocol, has three models, including preparing, start meeting and after meeting. It integrates the function of data entry, create issue, sign in, voting, data processing after meeting, backup the conference and video recording.
4) Voting device has 96*64 dot matrix LCD display, and there are English and Chinese version of conference software and voting device, also can customize Russian, Mongolian and Tibetan, etc according to the clients' requirement. 
5) Has two models of sign in: press and IC card 
6) With strong expansible, the system adopts communication mode of wireless FSK.
7) The system can automatically test wireless signal of the conference room online, ensure there's no interference
8) System data error correcting and encryption technique ensure the security of data
9) System integrated with auto tracking, bi-directional calculation and verified , make sure the result precisely right.

15) To prevent turning off the voting device by accident during the vote, the software will turn off all of them together. 
16) The charging case for charging and containing and storing the voting device, can charge and contain 42 units at the same time.
17) System can support maximum 1000 peoples to vote simultaneously.

3.5 System Software 


1) Integrated the function of setting issue, registration, voting, data processing after meeting and conference backup, etc. can use series port or network to communicate.  
2) The system has three models, including preparing, start meeting and after meeting.
3) Preparation: include setting personnel information, loading background picture, designing meeting room, user management, terminal management, issue, previewing the seat of participants, registration management and customizing the screen.
4) Holding Conference: registration, supplement or cancel sign in, setting of registration and issue, display of draft and slogan, voting issue
5) After meeting: personnel information management, refer the voting result, selection result and discussing result, then the data can be exported into Excel or Word document and printed, backup the conferencing information.
