Product Description

Automatic charger 2061 is used for charging the full automatic secondary cell of the constant pressure, the constant current, the trickling current and the resistive short circuit.

It is designed for charging the startup/ operating secondary cell of diesel motor (It is special suitable for charging the complete sealing solid wide secondary cell). It is installed on installation backboard of the control box.

Basic characteristics:
A. It has wider working voltage AC 85-265V and working power 25-100Hz, so can ensure that the generator can still charge when it is at low speed (The user can direct replace the body charging set and can also be the commercial power charging).

B. It has wider environmental working temperature -40oC-+50oC. It can be used in the moist environment of 98%RH no condensation.

C. Current limiting: The charging current will be limited automatically when the secondary cell voltage has been close to charge enough (12V battery unit is equal to 13V, 24V battery unit is equal to 26V).

D. Trickle floating charge: When the voltage of battery arrived at the floating charge setting value (12V is about 13.8, 24V is about 27.6V), it will turn to floating condition automatically, about 0.1-0.2A.

E. Stopping charge: When the voltage of battery arrived at plentiful setting value (12V is equal to 14V, 24V is equal to 28V), it will complete turn-off the charged output.

F. Excess current/short-circuit protection: The charging set has the perfect excess current and short-circuit protections. When the battery capacity is large, the load is short circuit or when the charger is connected with commercial power to charge and the secondary cell starts the diesel engine at the same time; The output is still the constant current and won't be damaged. So when the secondary cell is used for starting power supply, the charger needn't cut-off.
