This machine is designed and modified on the basis of foreign similar products, besieds, it add some additional features which enable users to easier operate, adjust filling precision, cleaning, maintenance.
It is widely applied in quantitative filling of oinment, vanishing cream, pearl cream syrup, jam products.
Function & Feature:
1, High filling precision, good filling speed.
2, All contact material parts adopt stainless steel, suitbale for any cream and pasteproducts under hygiend condition.
3, Easy to adjust, no bottle no filling, perfect filling precision as well as counting function.
4, Adopt anti-leak filling head, anti-high foam filling raising & falling system. Positioning system and ultrasonic liquid level control system which used to exact posistioning.
5, For liquid single head or dual heads fully-auto is possible as customer request.
