Calcined Kaolin (DG-95)

Product Description

DG95 calcined kaolin is designed for use in both paper filling and coating applications. It works in both woodfree and mechanical papers to improve brightness, opacity, blister resistance and ink receptivity with minimal impact to sheet and print gloss. In paperboard applications, DG90 can significantly extend TiO₂, improve ink receptivity, glueability and help control binder migration. Compared to other calcined kaolin products, DG90 has exceptional high shear rheology at high solids, which assists in raising coating color solids and reduces energy consumed during drying.
