Water absorbant masterbatch
Product code: WTA-01 WTA-01 is designed specicifally for removing water foam from recycled PE/PP/PS/ABS/EVA during processing. Its great advantage is it can effectively absorb water moisture while processing, so that the recycled PE/PP/PS/ABS/EVA scraps and granule could be directly used to make plastic products without pre-drying and product quality proved to be very good. Main component: Carrier polythene Water absorbant super-fine calcium oxide Appearance offwhite granule Application PE/PP/PS/ABS/EVA recycled material Package in 5kgs vacuum bags. NOTE: Normally 1-3% added for film product and 3-5% for sheet/board/injection product, and it will not block the filtrate net while processing. |
