Details: Our polyolefin/calcium carbonate masterbatch is designed to reduce the cost of plastic products, which could be used for HDPE/LDPE blown film, blow moulding product, PP woven bags and etc.

Main Standard:
Additive: Superfine-CaCO3 with special modification to improve mechanical strength of final product.
Carrier: Polyolefin
Impurity: < 0.02%
Appearance: White granule
Density: <1.80g/cm^3
Melting Point: 135-155
Application: PE film/bags, PP woven bags
Package: N. W. 25KG, composite package with inner water-proof film
Recommended filling ratio:
Our product has excellent dispersivity and could be added into plastic raw materials at the ratio between 30-50%(HDPE film), 15-30%(LDPE).

Advantages:
1. Significantly reduce the product cost and has little effect on their performance.
2. It takes virgin plastic resin as its carrier, which endows it with excellent dispersivity and good adaptation for any manufacturing process.
3. without using any water while processing, so it contains very little moisture.
4. Environmental friendly, it emits less heat while burning.
