Product Description
Our sub-nano calcium carbonate masterbatch(nano55) is specially designed for high quality HDPE/LDPE films.
Main Standard:
Filler: Sub-nano CaCO3(D50=0.8 microns) with special surface modification to improve mechanical strength of final product
Whiteness: 95%min
Carrier: MLLDPE/LLDPE
Impurity: 0.02% max
Appearance: White granule
Density: 1.80g/cm^3
Melting Point: 135-155
Application: HDPE/LDPE film
Package: N. W. 25KG in paper bag and 1x20'FCL=27 Mts
Recommended filling ratio:
Our product has excellent dispersivity and could be added into PE film products at the ratio 25%-50%(HDPE film), 10-30%(LDPE).
Advantages:
1. Significantly reduce the product cost.
2. It takes MLLDPE as its carrier, nano calcium carbonate as its filler, which endows it with excellent dispersivity, good physical performance and high surface gloss.
Main application at the present time: HDPE T-shirt bag with excellent physical performance and high surface gloss.

HDPE 50%(9001 with 7000F or 0961 with 7000F)
LLDPE 15%
