The spec. Of our HGL-10 is as follows:
Carrier Ld/LLDPE resin
Mineral filler superfine BaSO4(D50 0.28-0.35microns)
Impurity <0.03%
Moisture <0.03%
Application PE film/bottle, PP products, can greatly enhance the gloss of plastic products.

Operating guide:
1. In HDPE transparent film: 20% TMH-30(our transparent filler masterbatch for HDPE film)+10% HGL-10+15%recycled PE+55% virgin HDPE resin, the resulted film is just the same as that made of virgin HDPE resin with high transparency and high gloss.
2. In LD/LLDPE color printing film, 10% of HGL-10 is used to enhance the surface gloss of PE film and the result is excellent.
3. In PE bottle and PP products(sheets or injection molding products), normally 5-15% is used to enhance the surface gloss of plastic products.
