FBX-IR inner ring is hardened and fine machined. The dimension tolerance and outline precision are corresponded to national standard. Normally there are guiding corners on both ends of inner ring raceway. It's normal working clearace when the inner ring is fitted with the needle bearing without inner ring.

FBX- LR tolerance value is bigger than IR, the price is cheaper too. It's usually fitted with FBX drawn cup needle roller bearing.
