Chimney system is tested to 2100, the high temperature test of Underwriters Laboratories and is suitable for venting high efficiency Air Tight woodstoves, and for gas or oil appliances. The HT test is administered as follows: The chimney is designed for continuous use at 1000F but is also safety tested at 1400 for one hour and for 10 minutes at 2100 to simulate overfire conditions.

And our feathered products are double wall stainless steel chimney components. Double-wall chimneys consist of two pipes (inner and outer) of different diameter. Longitudinal joint of these pipes is plazma welded, ends of pipes are formed with hydraulic expansion machine which makes it easy to connect elements with each other and secure tightness of joints. Diameters of pipes depend on the output of heating equipment. Thermo insulation layer is located between these pipes, which protects a chimney from sududent cooling and condensate formation. Thickness of insulation layer depends on the heater fuel type. We uses thermo insulation which is fireproof, chemically resistant and ecologically pure.
