The monitor is a non-invasive, tabletop patient monitor. It operates on AC or rechargeable battery power supply or common 1.5V AA alkaline battery. It is compact, small, light, and easy for learning and handling, suitable for monitoring adult and child patients and widely used in the hospital operation room, ICU, clinic section office, out-patient department, sickroom, emergency treatment, and the recovery and health care organizations, or in the family nursing and in the process of transporting patients.
Parameters measured by the monitor include non-invasive blood pressure (NIBP) and pulse rate (PR). The monitor measures these parameters through a NIBP cuff then displays the measurements on the LED screen after certain further processing.
The monitor is operated and controlled by the buttons on the front panel. It adopts a homochromy LCD screen and LED screen in displaying measurements and measuring state, and a homochromy LED and a dual-color LED in supplementary status indication. It is also capable of managing measured data and transmitting the patient trend through communication cable to a computer for displaying, observing, saving or printing.
