Chemical Name: (± )-1-ethyl-6, 8-difluoro-1, 4-dihydro-7-(3-methyl-1-piperazinyl)-4-oxo-3-quinolinecarboxylic acid hydrochloirde)
Deseription: A off-white or yellowish crystalline powder, and becomes olightly darker in light;
Classification: Anti-bacteria of quinolone
Pharmacological Action:
This is a broad spectrum antiseptic of quinolone. It can repress the replication, transportion and comeback of DNA by controlling DNA gyrase and then realize the purpose of rapid antiseptics. It shows strong bactercidal actions both gram-positive bacteria, gram-negative bacteria and partial anaerobe and have well antibacterial activity such as meticillin-resistant staphylococciaureus, ampicillin-resistant influenza bacillus, paemidic acid resistant bacillus coliand other drugs resistant bacteria.
