Function: Knitting, tucking, missed loop, and transfer. Pretty strong in intarsia knitting when equipped with the new developed intarsia feeder which acquires national pattern certification.

Knitting system: Double system
Special Function: Special design in yarn feeding way. The knitting system and yarn feeding device are separate. The yarn device stays in the top side of the machine which makes yarn feeding easier and more balanceable. This design makes it possibility to produce very complex fabric like intarsia.
Applicable Fabric: Cable, transfer, pointel, shaped knitting, single-layer jacquard with missed loop, double-layer jacquard (maximum 6colors within one knitting round), engraved pattern, etc.

Needle Selection: The 10-section selector composed of special magnets can select the needle to three full jacquard positions, and can be capable for fine needle and high speed knitting.
Feeder: Normally 15 feeders are equipped as standard. For special knitting it can be equipped over 44 feeders. All feeders are controlled by computer.
Sinker system: Special sinker and control device which makes comprehensive knitting easy.
Pattern Storage: Large storage, over 1000 pattern files storage ability, maximum 2G storage
Knitting Speed: 6 levels speed control with the capability to adjust slightly on each level. Max 1, 2m/s.

Drive Type: AV servomotor
Density Control: 64 sections electrical control with the capability to adjust slightly in each section. Tucking density is not necessary when there is knitting and tucking within one knitting round.
Shaker Control: Max 2 inches shaking range from left to right. 64 sections tiny shaking adjustment and the minimum adjustment is 0.0125mm.
Pull Comb: Auto-start device which acquires national patent certification is simply operated, computer controlled, and more efficient. (Optional)
Scissors &Clamp: Break pieces automatically when bulk knitting. (Optional)
Winding Device: 64 sections winding adjustment with the capability to adjust slightly on each section.

Stop Device: Stop automatically with signal and sound alarm when yarn breakage, yarn knot, needle broken, overload or program error.
