Product Description

With two factories in Hainan province, Kevin Food is one of the largest Carrageenan manufacturers in China. Both plant design and manufacturing process in the factories follow up Total Quality Assurance System and strict hygiene requirement.

Carrageenan is a wholly natural polysaccharide hydrophillc gum extracted from Rhodophyceae red seaweed. We use selected raw seaweed materials of Philippine, Indonesia and China origins to develop and formulate carrageenans with specific physicochemical properties of water binding, thickening, gelling, stabilizing, suspending, etc.

With focus on food applications, we are producing refined & semi-refined Kappa carrageenan products with strict quality guarantee in compliance to established product specification such as clean appearance & smell, good solubility, low syneresis, consistent gel strength & performance, low microbiological, etc.
