Description
The HF concentrate of soy protein with high level of capacity is used in the emulsifying meat systems with meat comminutor/mixers, fine-desperated \no dusty \ light color without any strange taste and smell. It is produced from non GMO ingredients.

Application
It is recommended for cooking the products from minced meat, grinded and canned meat. Also it is recommended for frankfurters, wieners, cooked sausages, meat for breakfast, moist-jerked and smoked sausages, hamburgers, cutlets, pastes, for injection.
