1. -Energy Saving STEEL BOILER for OIL or GAS
The boiler is made of steel ST 37-2/DIN17.100, ideal material for boilers. It is of high back pressure, tubular three-way exhaust gases and of horizontal operation. It is examined regarding its dimensions of the combustion chamber, the number and cross-section of the tubes, in order to fully exploit the heat during combustion with minimum loss. The tubes are constructed with material of 3.5MM thickness according to DIN17175, the only suitable material to be used for boilers production in order to bear high pressures and temperatures. ALL the construction conforms to EN14394 standard

2. -QUIELT NOISELESS OPERATION
The boiler owns special new types of turbolating the exhaust gases flow, increasing the performance and decreasing the boiler's back pressure. All these, in accordance with the boiler's coating with insulation and excellent insulated covers, assure the boiler's most noiseless operation

3. -ELECTRONIC CONTROL PANEL in modern DISIGN
The control panel which is suitable for modern operation of the boiler includes a burner thermostat, circulation pump thermostat, safety thermostat, main switch, indicators and element of water temperature indication. The control panel, according to the client's preference, could be either mechanic or electronic with digital indication and microprocessor which supervises all the basic boiler and circulator's operations

4. -GOOD INSULATION AVOID HEAT LOSS
The insulation of TES boilers is double new series. It is made of glass wool lining of 50mm thickness with a layer aluminium in the body of the boiler and glass wool lining of 30mm thichness at the metal covers. The boiler door is internally protected by a lining of refractory ceramic material and externally by glass wool and metal cover. All these assures the smooth operation of the burner without loss and the steady temperature in the burning hearth

5. -EASY MAINTENANCE DESIGN
The boiler maintenance is simple with easy access to all the boiler's part's as it owns a door with hinges which opens right or left so that the access in the burning body and the front tube plate is immediate. At the rear end of the smoke collector, there is a cleaning residues of combustion

6. -HIGH EFFICIENCY COMBUSTION STRUCTURE
Perfect oil or gas combustion is ensured due to the ultra modern combustion chamber design, the exhaust gases turbolators made of steel and the ergonomic construction and these result to a product with the most modern specifications.
