Cellulase is one kind of strain(Trichoderma koningii) with high output; It is made by deep ventilating fermentation method. It is widely used in manufacture of feed, textile, fuel ethanol, alcohol, Chinese medicine extraction, food, fruit juice processing, etc.

Working Mechanism:
Cellulase is one kind of compound bio-catalyst, with multiple ingredients.

Properties:
1. Temperature:
Effective temperature range 50-70centigrade
Optimum temperature range 55-60centigrade
2. PH:
PH range 4.0-6.0,
Optimum range 4.8-5.2

Specification:
1. Solid type is off-white powder, with such enzyme activity units (CMC Enzyme).
Solid product: 10000u/g, 20000u/g, 30000u/g, 40000u/g, 50000u/g, 60000u/g.
Liquid type is brown liquid product: 10000u/ml, 20000u/ml.
2. Unit definition
(CMCA ENZYME): The amount of enzyme needed to hydrolyze the substance of cellulase in one hour at Ph4.8, 50centigrade, producing similar to 1mg reducing sugar of glucose.
3. Standard: QB2583-2003.
