This product has the advantages of thermal tolerance (main fermentation temperature is 40-42 centigrade), acid tolerance (pH=2.5), alcohol tolerance (13%) and strong sugar tolerance (60%), etc. With high distillation yield and anti-acid production character, it is suitable for alcohol and distilled spirit fermentation using such raw materials as grain, potato, wild plant, etc. Starchy material. And with high alcohol yield, it is not acidification.
