Product Description

The membrane filtration is the membrane separation technology with the porosity configurations. And the separation is for the Macromolecular of the Substances in the liquor.

The membrane filtration process is the liquor separation (based on the principle of the Mechanical screening) with the drive power from the two sides of the UF modules pressure differences. Operational pressure range is 0.1~0.3MPa, pore size range is 0.05~0.2μ M, MWCO with approx 50~1000KD.

1. The difference between normal filtration and pore filtration:
(1)Small pore size and almost cutoff all of bacteria, heat source, virus, colloid atom, Protein and Macromolecules organic
(2)The membrane pore size, Dissolved particles size and form(soft or strong), liquor chemical characteristic(pH etc) and element, and so on. All of them will affect the membrane separation.
(3)There is no block material and less accumulates on the membrane surface during the treatment process, and the speed of filtration will get the balance no continuous attenuation in the stable situation. But the cutoff rate of modules will be low when treat the macromolecules organic liquor.

2. Hollow fiber membrane and modules:
Hollow fiber membrane is one of the membrane filtration types, the membrane is in capillary pipe and the pore covers the pipe surface which makes the other material pass or no through it.
There are two types of the modules (Out-to-In and In-to-In)

The hollow fiber membrane modules with housing, seal, end cap, center pipe(In-to-Out without center pipe), water distribution devices(In-to-Out without) and hollow fiber membrane. Also has feed inlet and outlet with it, its characteristic:
(1)Hollow fibers are installed in the membrane housing, both end sealing with Polyurethane. Its simple structure and has large surface area, easy to clean and possibly avoid the polluted by the bacteria
(2)Easy to check and repair, stable cutoff rate and long life-span

3. Ultra-filtration(UF) modules:
PUF modules are widely used as the pre-treatment of the RO, NF and MF process, and also used in the high turbidity surface water treatment

-1. Improvement on the membrane flexible with our unique technology, improvement on the porosity rate of the membrane wall and the Uniformity of membrane pore which make the liquor with high turbidity & high concentration Organic and wastewater clarify and filtration.
(1)Membrane With good Anti-fatigue is about 1.8 times of the similar products
(2)The real flux is about 1.2 times of the similar products
(3)Special long pore construction and good flexible, no need the chemical cleaning during running
-2. Improve the fiber membrane out-diameter and inner-Diameter and increase the fiber wall thickness about 50%
(1)Not easy to broken the fiber during chemical cleaning
(2)Low energy consumption; Reduce the resistance of the liquor in the fiber
