Product Description

Theory: Haematoxylin staining solution is alkali, and is mainly used to stain chromatin in mesoplast and ribosome in cytoplasm with bluish violet color; Eosin is an acid dye, which is mainly used to stain compositions in cytoplasm and ground substance outside cell with red color. Normal tissue change and tissue products can be embodied through this staining method, which is the most commonly used method in morphology.

Range of indications: Cell picture, frozen section, paraffin section sample and tissue chemical mesoplast after-stain sample, scope of application includes various tissue slices and smears.

In comparison with the present staining technology, the main advantages include the followings:

Short staining time, excellent staining effect, strong stability (exceeding present technology substantially, requiring no filtration of staining solution and long reservation time under room temperature), simple operation, excellent safety performance (being free from toxic substances including mercury, methanol and etc and free from environmental pollution), suitability for long-distance transportation, longer quality assurance period than other relevant products available on the market by 2-10 times. Each ml can be used for 10-15 qualified PCS.
