This product contains an high-effective chelating agent, has no metal ions, and is dissolved in water. It has strong chelate effect for dozens of metal ions, adn is also effective to any pH solution. It could prevent alkali, heavey metal ion contaminating silicon wafer adn then avoid the affect for electric characteristics, and facilitates the preparation of high purity semiconductor substrate mirror. Compare with Jampanese and American surfactant, htis proudct can effectively remove mirror adsorption particles, organic matter, metal ions and other pollutants. It has the characteristics of low viscosity, high effciency, environmental protection, non-toxic, and not-corrosive.
