Main characteristics are:
A 2 mm steel door with an internal, removable stiffening frame together with 4 hinges and a 4 point locking system. The door is reversible(1eft/rigt)and can be fitted in place of the rear cover. On 1200 wide cabinets the first door is individually fastened with 2 locks. Side covers are simply assembled with press fit blocks.

The adjustable mounting plate is easily installed on 2 runners.
The cabinet can be mounted directly on the base or preferably on a plinth. Because of the high quality 2 component polyurethane gaskets we can offer protection to IP 55 and EN60 529 NEMA 12.
The cabinets are carefully packed in a polyurethene bag, put in a carton andmounted on a wooden pallet.
The packing is retained with PVC strapping.

Construction:
-The structure is manufactured in 1.5mm sheet steel.
-Mounting plate manufactured in 2.5mm sheet steel
-Door Manufactured in 2mm sheet steel with reinforcing frame.
-Back panel, base and roof in 1.5mm sheet steel.
Finish:
T&J standard cycle thermosetting epoxypolyester powder coating.
-Structure, door and back panel RAL 7032 textured finish.
-Mounting plate: RAL 2004 smooth finish(Also available for zinc coated)
Protection degree: IP 55 to EN60 529 NEMA 12.
