Cushion straps to seat, even with aid of a cigarette lighter adapter a car seat, and is controlled by a touch pad where you can control the type of massage and area of the back massage. Features a unique massage mechanism that has been developed to replicate the hands of a therapist can travel up and down, left and right and from your shoulder blades right down to the base of your back, massaging and relieving stress as it rotates. Zone buttons on touch pad control cause the moving shiatsu massage mechanism to target.
