Carbide Rotary Files/Tungsten Carbide Burrs is a new type milling cutter with high effciency, instead of granding wheel bur with handle, it can cut and process varlous kinds of metal (inculding hardened steel) and nonmetal (such as marble and jade) with hardness up to HRC≤ 65.
Advantages: High productivity, good processing quality, high finish, can be used in to process a variety of high-precision mold cavity shape. High economic efficiency, general 5-10 times lower processing costs.
Main Applications: Finish machining of all kinds of metal mold cavities after quenched.
Burring all kinds of work pieces of castings, forgings and welling spatters.
Chanmfering angles, circular beads and fluting.
Polishing impeller channels. Fine grinding holes on work pieces.
Carving arts and crafts of metal and nonmetal etc.
