No drying & demagnetization treatment is required for all above products before using.
1. Sample element
High temperature, middle- high temperaturep; Determined on 8.0mm to 6.6mm roll reduced SUS304 straight element with a heated length of 45cm having a 2.4mm O. D. Helix of Ni80cr20.
Middle temperature, Middle -low temperature; Determined on 7.8mm to 6.6mm roll reduced Bundy straight element with a heated length of 30cm having a 2.4mmO. D. Helix of Ocr25 Al5.
2. HR-2, HR-3: Suggested annealing condition is at 1080+-50/30mins'
Immediate sealing after cooling.
3. HR-1: Suggested annealing condition is at 850+-0mins, immediate sealing after cooling. HR-1S: No need annealing, no need sealing.
4. HR-9, HR-7, HR-6: Modified powder, no annealing, no sealing is required.
5. HR-8: Modified powder especially for aluminum element, no annealing, no sealing is required;
6. Normal condition: Refer to normal state of the element after annealing and sealing(if required);
Humid condition: Refer to the state of being at50 90%RH for 72 hours.
Heating condition: Refer to the state of being energized for 5 minutes and reach thermal stabilization. (HR-1S refer to the state of being energized for 1 hour and reached thermal stabilization).
