Product Description

Bio ceramic ball is a new style of water treatment filter that we have developed successful in recently years. It is mainly made up of high grade clay and Jiaobao stone powder, mixed with certain amount of pore-forming and bonding materials, after forming, sintering, sieving, etc. It is being spherical-similar like and in irregular shape. Its surface is hard and there are many micro-pores among it.

Characteristics
1. Appropriate density, high mechanical strength, good biological and chemical stability;
2. Large specific surface, strong pollutant entrapment, easy-clinging high-efficient biology film;
3. Lower loss of the pressure head, longer filtration cycle, smaller water consumption of reverse washing;
4. Unaffected by flow rate or pollution loading variations, low temperature resistance and quick start-up.

Usage
The filtration materials of ceramic particle can not only improve the filtration efficiency and reduce the cost, but also have as high effect of de-nitrogen, de-ammonia, de-phosphor as to 99%, it is the ideal replacement for quartz sand and anthracite. The filtration materials of ceramic particle can be used for waste -water secondary treatment through Bio-chemical method for the biology carrier as the pre-treatment of lightly pollutant headwater and can meet the requirements of BAF as well.
