Product Description

Resin P-101 is a low molecular weight, linear homopolymer of RESIN. As a modifer in resin systems, Resin P-101 can offer easier processing, improved physical properties, light color and good color stability and can often reduce costs. The compatibility properties of Resin polyest P-101 should be useful in many new types of polymer systems including PVC(specialy for rigid PVC sheet), elastomers, modified vinyls and many others. It can substitute PA20, P551etc and more cheap than that.

1) Advantage:
Increase flow properties, offer easier processing.
Decrease melt viscosity, fusion time and fusion torque.
Increase filler (like CaCO3) additivity.
Smooth the surface of the end product.

2) Additive rate
100kg PVC Resin add about 1-6kg P-101.
