Scope of application

Chemical properties Sucralose, molecular formula: C12H19Cl3O8, molecular mass: 397.64, chemical name: 4, 1', 6', -trichloro--4, 1', 6', trideoxygalactosucrose. It is some product like white powder, easily soluble in water, alcohol and methanol, which is currently the only functional sweetener produced from the sucrose as raw material, whose sweetness is 600 times as sweet as sucrose with pure sweet taste, which is very similar with characteristics of sucrose without any bitter taste; No calorie, no dental cavities, good stability, especially stable in aqueous solution.
